Please read the information below for full details on our postage and packaging process. Packaging All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We use sturdy, protective packaging appropriate to the size and nature of the items ordered. Where possible, we aim to use recyclable or environmentally responsible packaging materials. Order Processing Times • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. • Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will always aim to keep delays to a minimum. Delivery Options & Times We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses. • Royal Mail 48hr Tracked & Signed For: £5.95 - Estimated delivery within 2 working days from dispatch. • Royal Mail 24hr Tracked & Signed For: £7.95 - Estimated delivery within 1 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Delivery Charges Postage costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Couriers We use Royal Mail services to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched. Missed or Delayed Deliveries If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier may leave a calling card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collection. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Where possible, include photographs and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
